Nestled within Historic Downtown St. Cloud, The Regency stands out as an ideal venue for various occasions such as weddings, corporate events, conferences, luncheons, and social gatherings. Our professional and courteous staff is dedicated to ensuring your event is enjoyable and effortless. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond, handling every detail, and offering an all-inclusive fee for your convenience.

 

Beyond being an exceptional event space, The Regency hosts several private enterprises, including a church as well as a salon and spa. We truly encompass the essence of being the place to do it all!

With a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations, Candyce brings years of event planning experience and a calm, organized approach to every wedding she coordinates. As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and owner of Polished Pineapple Events, she’s handled everything from intimate gatherings to grand galas—but weddings hold a special place in her heart. Born and raised in Sauk Rapids, MN, Candyce earned her bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment, and
Event Management and loves helping couples feel fully present while she handles the details behind the scenes.
 
Outside of work, Candyce is a proud momma to a happy little boy and enjoys camping, baking, cooking, traveling, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. Her warm personality, meticulous planning style, and genuine care make her not just a coordinator, but a trusted partner in crafting a celebration that’s seamless, joyful, and uniquely yours.

I’ve always believed that life’s most meaningful moments deserve to be celebrated with heart, care, and a touch of magic. As a mom of four and happily married for 24 years, I’ve spent countless weekends cheering on my kids at their games, camping with family, and soaking up time at the lake. I find joy in the details—and that same joy fuels my passion for events. 

 

Before joining The Regency, I spent over a decade supporting leadership teams in education, working closely with superintendents, principals, and activity directors to help schools run smoothly and events shine. Most recently, I’ve had the privilege of working with one of the largest fundraising event companies in the country, helping nonprofits bring their missions to life. 

 

Now, I bring that same dedication and energy to The Regency. My mission is simple: to ensure every couple’s vision is honored, every detail is cared for, and every smile is earned. Seeing a bride and groom light up as their dream unfolds—that’s the greatest reward

Emily brings her passion for people and eye for detail to every event at The Regency. With a background in education and leadership from Bethel University, she’s a seasoned middle school teacher and proud mom of three: two boys and a girl, who knows how to balance structure with creativity.

 

Her love for event planning, decorating, reading, and photography shines through in the thoughtful touches she brings to every celebration. Whether she’s helping guests feel at home or curating unforgettable moments, Emily is all about making meaningful connections and beautiful memories.

Venue Coordinator

Emmalee is passionate about turning wedding dreams into seamless, joy-filled realities. As a Venue Coordinator at The Regency, she’s the behind-the-scenes expert who ensures every detail, from timelines to table settings, is thoughtfully handled so couples can simply enjoy their day. Her full-time role as a Behavior Resource Specialist in St. Cloud reflects her deep commitment to helping others and her gift for staying organized under pressure.

 

Outside of work, Emmalee finds joy in quiet moments: spending time with her dog, crafting bracelets, coloring, and discovering new coffee shops around town. Her calm energy and love for meaningful experiences make her an invaluable part of every celebration.
